Which of these questions are good?

	a)	Do you have any suggestions that might help other people who attend the clinic
	b)	A large number of people have complained about the toilets at the clinic, do you agree with them?
	c)	The clinic has been timed to suit the doctors who attend; did you find the time suited you?
	d)	Was the timing of the clinic appropriate for you?
We should not lead or suggest an answer to people so we should ask open questions like: Was the clinic appropriate for you Do you have suggestions...? We should not lead or suggest an answer to people so we should ask open questions like: Was the clinic appropriate for you Do you have any suggestions...? We should not be leading by saying, lots of people have complained so suggesting that the toilets are not great and inviting complaint. OR unfriendly suggesting any complaints about the timing of the clinic would be annoying to the doctors. Your answer has been saved.
